BOOK GIVEAWAY—APRIL 10, 2016 Morongo Basin Sexual Assault Services has teamed up with award-winning author, Charles A. Carroll and the organization Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.), an international motorcycle organization whose sole purpose is  empowering children of abuse. They will assemble outside the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station in Joshua Tree and deliver a free copy of Charles Carroll's book to  Junior and High Schools, Copper Mountain College, Z107.7 studios (radio), and other locations  of learning.

CHARLES A. CARROLL, testifies before the committee alongside AILEEN RIVERA, Fifth Ward Councilwoman for the Township of Wayne in Passaic County, NJ. Mrs. Rivera’s son suffered numerous abuses at a North Jersey developmental center.
